HTML version
of the book is not the primary format.
Only a small effort has been made to make the HTML version
presentable; for a better formatted version, please download
the
PDF.
The dlh program does a wonderful job converting from latex
to HTML, but HTML is quite limited compared to postscript or PDF.
The HTML version is provided here mainly as "teaser" and to
give you an opportunity to read a few chapters before taking
the time and bandwidth to download the full book.
