Searching the Msen Web Site with SWISH
The search is done using the
SWISH index engine and our own custom
front end.
In the query box you can specify keywords
(e.g. "vpn", "dialup", "DSL"),
boolean operators ("and", "or", "not") and
parenthesis ("(" and ")").
Keywords separated by spaces are equivalent to
keywords separated by "and". The database searches
for files containing words that match your pattern
(as opposed to files containing lines which
match your pattern).
For example,
dialup and isdn
will find files containing "dialup" and "isdn".
All searches are case-insensitive.
dialup and not isdn
will find files which contain "dialup" but not "isdn".
pop3 or uucp and email
finds files which contain both (1) either "pop3" or "uucp",
and (2) "email".
pop3 or (uucp and email)
finds files which contain either (1) "pop3",
or (2) both "uucp" and "email".
