Why do Msen Premium Services cost more?

• MsenLite has no shell access. Web pages should be uploaded using FTP.
  
• Static IP addresses, ISDN and UUCP are not available with MsenLite.
  
• There are no invoices with Msen Lite.
  
• MsenLite uses seperate modem pools.
  Customers desiring No Busy Signals should select Msen Premium Services.
• Currently, MsenLite is not available in Flint or via toll-free lines.

Payment must be via valid, unexpired credit card or by check in advance prior to the first of the month. A negative account balance, for any reason, causes immediate termination of the account. After 10 days of non-payment, all files associated with the account are deleted.

The same userid cannot be used for a Premium Msen account and MsenLite. If you wish to convert your account to MsenLite, you must close your Premium Msen account and pay any outstanding balance prior to the conversion. You may, of course, purchase MsenLite in addition to your existing account.
