I tested how it would look on black caps and white caps, but the white and black portions of the burgee sort of blended into the background. I tried putting a contrasting border around the parts of the burgee that were the same color as the background, but I didn't like the effect. Too bad; I prefer white caps myself.
They're here! I got some light nylon caps in hot pink and hot lime-green.
My supplier got a new catalog showing some mesh caps with something other than un-embroiderable foam reinforcement. I ordered a few to see what they look like. Reds and greens. These caps have also arrived.
