So far so good. Now in the ninth week of quitting and in a little better mood. Depression has abated some. I'm into the first week of the 7mg/day patches and have about a week and a half to go. Then I'm off nicotine as well as being off lighting up. The decrease in dosage hasn't been noticable. (I even wonder sometimes if the patches are a complete hoax; you keep concentrated on finding new places to stick the patches and forget about smoking. Maybe I'll continue by putting bits of tape here and there on my body each day when I'm done with the patch. {grin})
